Description

The successful applicant will be supporting with the running of two busy departments. This enables the apprentice to grow and learn many aspects of the company to become a key member of staff.

Within the customer service department the apprentice will be responsible for dealing with orders. Some duties would include:
• Invoice processing
• Dealing with and processing orders from various sites and portals.
• Completion of incoming orders, processing the entire sale journey to dispatch or collection.
• The use of various systems and reporting platforms.
• Dealing with incoming emails

When supporting the Logistics department, the apprentice will
• Provide administrative support with day to day logistics
• Process incoming materials and outgoing orders
• Arrange deliveries and order of stock.

Requirements

• Proficient Microsoft package - IT skills essential
• Live local (PR2) or able to get to work with local Preston transport links
• Hold their own, good telephone manner with confidence
