We are professional but relaxed, working from a new office in Ram Mill, Chadderton.

• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings. This includes call & case management monitoring.
• Help identify potential risks before they become a problem.
• Supporting the business with health and safety of the working environment.
• Production of management reporting which is submitted to the Board of Directors.
• Remain up to date with current industry affairs.
• Remain up to date with guidance from regulatory bodies such as FCA, ASA and ICO.
• Experience working in the debt management/Insolvency sector is an advantage but not essential.
• Data collection and data input.
