Description

What will the role consist of?

Assist the compliance and administration team with:
• Onboarding new starters and conducting right to work checks
• Managing and processing security clearance
• Formatting, job descriptions, candidate CVs and obtaining references
• Updating and maintaining candidate database
• Generating contracts, completing induction and SQEP forms
• Advertising external recruitment roles
• Managing telephone calls
• Other ad hoc duties to support the team

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Outlook & Excel)
• Previous experience in call handling/ customer service role preferred but not essential
• Keen to work in a fast-paced environment
• Can work as part of a team both within the branch and wider business
• Process driven – working under instruction as well as using your initiative
• Organised and able to prioritise workload
• Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills to meet client expectations

Educational Requirements

GCSE Maths & English Grade 4 or above/equivalent.
