The ideal applicant will be trained in;
• Menu and dish preparation
• Allergens
• Knife skills
• Diet & nutrition
• Fish, meat, poultry, stocks, sauces, soups
• Butchery
• Fishmonger
• Pastry
• Food safety
• Hot and cold desserts
