At our company warehouse products begin as components, and it's vital they are fulfilled to quality standards and packed securely before being shipped to customers.

We are dedicated to streamlining this process so it can scale.

• All activities and tasks will relate to the product journey, from Goods In as components, to filling and lidding, then labelling and boxing, and finally packing and dispatching.
• Each task has specific requirements to be met before a product can pass to the next stage. All activities are performed in our warehouse, and accompanying filling and dispatch rooms.
• The apprentice will be supervised at all times for guidance and support as they develop confidence in their tasks and an in depth understanding of the end to end process.

• Someone who likes to work in a clean, tidy and organised space
• Able to work systematically to defined outcomes and benchmarks
• Ability to repeat clear processes
• Someone who can immerse themselves in the role and the industry
• Someone to constantly look for ways we can improve our operations and processes to raise standards and scalability

No formal qualifications required.

• A variety of training will be given, including from an expert consultant in Lean Manufacturing (Six Sigma Black Belt)
