Welcome to the Hot Tub Place, main dealers for Wellis Hot Tubs in the North West. The selection you demand and the service you require is available six days a week and we have carved a reputation for delivering exceptional quality.

Working within a professional company, duties will include:

• Delivering a high quality service to customers on a face to face basis or over the telephone, post, email, text or social media
• You will be responsible for inputting customer details onto the management system
• Creating invoices
• General admin duties along with a first class after care service
• Answering the telephone to customers and dealing with customer queries.
• Ordering parts for tubs and dealing with repair enquiries
• Arranging deliveries of hot tubs
• Liaising with suppliers and crane operators
• Using the till, taking payments
• Full training will be provided and future progression and commission is available for the right candidate.

You must be well presented and have the ability to talk confidently to visitors both face to face and on the telephone.

You must be a good listener and have a positive attitude.

You must have good IT skills and have the ability to retain information.

No formal qualifications required.

20 Days Holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays.
