We have an exciting opportunity for someone with the desire to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to have a successful career within the footwear industry. Goral & Son is manufacturing for some of the leading British Brands - with all of the production taking place in Sheffield.

• The key responsibility of a Sewing Machinist is to make sewn footwear components that meet specifications and quality criteria, with particular emphasis on maintaining quality standards.
• Responsible for using safe methods and techniques whilst machining ensuring all machines guards.
• Will be working with leather and suede materials, twin needle, zig-zag, overlock - single post machine.
•The operative will be stitching leather components together using different techniques to create a full pair of shoes.
