Description

The Ideal applicant will be trained to;
•Maintaining Hygiene Standards
•Food Safety
•Storing, preparing and cooking ingredients
•Menu/Dish preparation
•Use of Knives and kitchen equipment
•All food groups will be covered with training on cooking, Fish, Meat, sauces, pizza, stocks, soups, hot and cold deserts.

Requirements

•Passion for the Hospitality Industry
•Flexible with the Rota that needs to be followed
•Confident and willing to progress with a career pathway

Educational Requirements

No formal qualifications required.

Additional Info

•28 including Statutory days.
•Closed Bank Holidays, Mondays and Tuesdays each week.
