• General Office Admin Duties.
• Answering & Making Telephone calls.
• Processing Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Checking Delivery Notes, Sage
• Inputting data on to spread sheets & emails.
• Planning in Deliveries & Booking Accommodation.
• Scanning Documents and sending emails to customers and suppliers.
• Keeping office area clean and tidy.
• Help prepare tenders and download drawings.
• Dealing with customer complaints and issues.
• Occasional trips to the post office and local shop.
• Other reasonable requests by the director.
• Must be Computer Literate & good working experience in Microsoft.
• Must be confident on the telephone and have experience in problem solving.
