• Developing sound knowledge of nutrition and allergens in food & safe handling
• Keeping food preparation spaces sanitized and tidy including floors, walls and deep cleaning
• Developing new and innovative dishes for our menu.
• Unloading food deliveries ensuring food is put away in correct areas and stock is rotated according to expiry date.
• Washing crockery, cutlery and cook ware.
• Keeping fridges, freezers and storage areas clean and organized
