We are a privately owned and well established International Freight Forwarder with our own offices and warehouse facilities, based in Low Moor, Bradford ideally located close to key motorway and rail intersections to provide logistical solutions.

Our operations team has a wealth of experience in all aspects relating to worldwide services. Our packing and warehouse team also have many years knowledge which guarantees high quality service and customer confidence.

- Answering phones, greeting customers – providing refreshments and interacting with drivers
- Booking in and out cargo
- Updating spreadsheets
- Liaising with customers – booking collection and deliveries,
- Working within various Freight departments including airfreight, road freight& sea freight
- Performing general administrative duties as requested by the manager – filing, opening new job files.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage high workloads in challenging situations/meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative and make reliable and consistent decisions.

- GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/4 or above (or the equivalent)
- Experience in Microsoft Word/Excel

Holidays - 20 days excluding bank holidays.
