Study Programme Administrator – Oldham


Reporting to the Study Programme Coordinator, the role of the Study Programme Administrator will be to carry out all administration duties within the Study Programme.

Other duties include:

  • • To ensure the timetable system is updated with all the relevant information to capture students’ data and planning for their time on the programme
  • • To complete registration paperwork for students and entry of student details onto Yeti
  • • To complete student filing daily and archiving as required
  • • To ensure that all deliveries are checked and signed for and invoices passed to Accounts following NLTG’s quality systems
  • • To ensure that all incoming calls are answered within a reasonable time period, that they are directed to the appropriate person and to answer queries where appropriate
  • • To process centre monies following NLTG’s quality systems
  • • To distribute bus passes/travel allowances following NLTG’s quality systems.
  • • To process students’ Bursary payments using the Yeti system
  • • To support and contribute to the centre starts strategy
  • • To participate in any Study Programme promotional events e.g. Careers Conventions, parents’ evenings, job fairs, open days, etc.
  • • To explain the requirements of NLTG’s Study Programme provision to all interested parties
  • • To ensure that both internal and external post is allocated to respective people as requested
  • • To liaise with other departments regarding queries etc. as required
