Business Improvement, Manufacturing & Warehouse Tutor

Salary: £24,000 + Benefits including company Car, Laptop, Phone, Surface etc

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful team. We would like to offer someone with extensive sector knowledge the opportunity to develop as a tutor and pass their valuable experience on to apprentices.

  • We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:
  • A passion for teaching and learning.
  • Focused on developing the potential in people.
  • Personable and engaging.
  • Organised and motivated.
  • Enthusiastic and professional.
  • Good maths, English and ICT skills.
  • An existing teaching/assessor qualification would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.

The role will include high quality training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal reviewing of the apprentice’s progress from the start through to end point assessment.

NLTG operate throughout the North West of England and other geographical areas so a driving licence is essential.
