Due to our continued success, we are looking to add to our first-class team and appoint a

Furniture Technician

Salary: £17,000 – £19,000 depending on experience + benefits including healthcare, pension and other privileges

Job Type: Full time/Permanent

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a top-quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector.

Applicants should have a broad working knowledge of the Furniture Sector and hold at least a Level 2 qualification, good all-round practical ability, have good maths, English and ICT skills and be able to deal with learners of all ages who attend the CoVE (Centre of Vocational Excellence) for training. A full driving licence is essential.

The role includes assisting the tutors in the preparation of tools and materials relating to practical/theory lessons, maintaining equipment, cleanliness and ensuring a safe working environment within the furniture workshops.

The above position will be filled by an individual who is professional, motivated, committed to the development of people and will fit into our first-class team.
