NLTG join the CORGI Fenestration scheme

CORGI Fenestration
CORGI Fenestration is delighted to announce that North Lancs Training Group are one of the first five GQA Assessment Centres that have become registered as CORGI Fenestration audit and qualification centres, part of a network of audit centres located around the country.

NLTG will be carrying out audits of fenestration sector companies applying to register with CORGI Fenestration against stringent scheme requirements.

Chris Mayne, CEO of CORGI Fenestration commented: “We have been extremely pleased with the enthusiasm with which the assessment centres have embraced the scheme. It reinforces our view that there is substantial demand within the glazing sector to showcase trust, reliability, expertise, quality and best practice.”

Any fenestration sector staff who have completed or are about to complete glazing NVQs at NLTG will be able to apply for the CORGI Fenestration branded qualification card – which is also part of the CSCS scheme (Construction Skills Certification Scheme is the leading skills certification scheme within the UK construction industry). North Lancs Training Group will also be issuing the identity cards to appropriately qualified staff and placing them on the CORGI Fenestration Skills Register.

If you feel that your commitment to best practice is not fully recognised then hopefully you will see the benefits of being CORGI Fenestration registered both for your company and your workforce.
