NLTG Apprentice meets boxing sensation Amir Khan

Boxing sensation Amir Khan is investing £5 million developing wasteland in Washington St, Deane, Bolton into a wedding venue, restaurant and conference facilities. He hopes to attract Businesses to the town and create as many as 125 jobs.

Tobias Bates, (pictured with Amir Khan) a North Lancs Training Group 1st year Apprentice Carpenter employed by M2 Construction (NW) Ltd is working on the development said:

“Hopefully, one day I will have my own Apprentice and I can tell him about the day I met Amir Khan. He’s a winner and just like Amir I fight for perfection in my job”.
