NLTG were voted as the best Training Centre of the year for 2015. A great award that we are proud to be recognised for.

Alongside that, NLTG Apprentice, Oliver Bailey (Glazerite Windows Limited Junior Purchasing Assistant) has won the Young Person of the Year 2015.

As the youngest member of the Glazerite team, in just 12 months since joining on an Apprenticeship fresh out of school Oliver has proven his abilities time and time again and is now managing a budget of nearly £2.5 million.

“He’s taken to the role like a duck to water,” said Glazerite Director Jason Thompson. “We had never employed an apprentice before so we were a little apprehensive at first and not sure what to expect. However, from the very first interview we could see the huge potential in Oliver.”
