Description

• Help identify process improvement activities
• Join project teams to gain understanding of core lean principles
• Co-implementing continuous improvement with technical team throughout the site
• Understand and enhance process reliability
• Involved in training lean basics out to new starters
• Assist in development activities
• Involvement in safety teams
• Empowered to challenge current thinking

Requirements

• Self-motivated with good organisational skills
• Good IT skills, MS Office (Excel in particular)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Integrated team player with a strong sense of ownership and commitment
• Analytical with good problem-solving skills
• Customer focused and able to multitask
