Compassion Acts was launched in 2019, building on previous charities Southport Foodbank (started in 2013) and Southport and Formby Churches Debt Centre.
Our vision is to see an end to poverty, hunger and the need for foodbanks.
Our mission is to bring people together from the local neighbourhoods, uniting them with the resources and passion of local churches and other organisations – for projects and interventions, which achieve real enhancements in the social wellbeing of families and individuals.

• Picking and loading trolleys of items for dispatch.
• Weighing outbound goods.

• Assisting in sorting donations
• Assisting in maintaining levels of stock and the cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Undertake training to support in the role.
• Help to oversee the logistic operations run smoothly.
• Supporting the logistics team with the collection and delivery of stock.
• Adhering to compliance and health and safety regulations.
• Promote collaborative and flexible working.
• Progress to deputising for the Warehouse Manager and supporting the logistics team.
