Are you looking for a career in sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operative to join our team here at North West Timber Treatments.

As a Sales Operative you will be working as part of an established team and reporting to the Sales Manager, supporting with a wide range of activities from serving customers to coordinating and handling products. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to work in a fast paced environment and wants to gain some hands-on experience.

Responsibilities will include:
• Exceeding customers expectations by dealing with them in a professional & efficient manner either by telephone or face-to-face on the sales counter.
• Develop & maintain sales leads with both existing & new customers.
• Following up sales quotations & enquiries
• Gaining customer service skills to communicate effectively with customers.
• Serving customers
• Taking orders
• Dealing with trade members and general customers
• Booking goods in
• Coordinating stock location placement
• Answering the telephone
• Cash handling
• End of day report
• Ordering stock
