As the nature of business changes, we have to diversify and improve our systems- as such, we are a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Working as an integral part of our customer service team, your role will include: -
Customer service Traineeship
• Taking incoming calls confidently and fluently
• Calling customers with updates
• Communicating fluently with a range of colleagues
• Sending professional emails out to customers
• Receiving email enquiries and responding accordingly
• Using a computer system to track the progress of orders
• Organising and updating Google sheets
• Processing small remedial items to be sent out by courier
• Assisting in organisational tasks in the office
• Completing reports for a number of customers

• Communication and Customer service skills
• Organised
• Computer literate
• Keen and willing to learn
• Punctual and reliable
• Work well in a team

Lanzet is housed in a newly refurbished office suite with all modern ameneties.

Holidays are 20 days per year plus bank holidays.
