We are seeking 4 Apprentice Commis chefs to join our established team of chefs. Each will work alongside our Head chef and experienced staff on a day to day basis. Working with fresh ingredients to prepare a range of dishes for our busy Lunch/ Dinner restaurant and bar.

Duties to include:
• Knife work.
• Set up kitchen, vegetable prep
• Involved in the production of all items on the menu
• Create and have input on recipe ideas or dishes on the specials board
• Production of a wide range of dishes, using many ingredients and meats.
• Grow into a fully fledged chef

Good hygiene
Great attitude
Willing to learn and handle the pressure of a busy kitchen

No formal qualifications required.

• Pay review instalments up to high achievable rate of pay
• 8 hours max
• Will work 5 days with 2 days off together
