Olive's Kitchen, café, and specialist event caterers was founded and opened at the height of the first COVID lockdown. After a continued period of growth and success and recently being awarded Gold in Greater Manchester's Healthy Catering award, Olive's Kitchen is now relocating to new larger premises within The Fusilier Museum.

Whilst committing to support local businesses, and the local community and by sharing concern for the environment, Olive's Kitchen puts great emphasis on providing high quality, freshly prepared, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients which is sustainable and healthy.

• Provide healthy and freshly produced meals and beverages.
• Assist the Head Chef in the preparation, cooking, service clearing and cleaning of the catering equipment and kitchen environment within the required standards, ensuring hygiene and safety measures are maintained.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment within a prescribed time frame
• You will be required to lift, move, and handle equipment.

• Good customer service skills and to be very comfortable in a customer facing environment
• Enjoy learning new skills and have an enthusiasm for catering and to work well both on own, and as part of a team.
