Description

The Business administration apprentice is responsible for managing an array of administrative duties and assisting all personnel within the business.

Main Duties of the Business Administration Role include:
• Answering phones and keeping up to date with emails
• Adding new clients and suppliers onto the database
• Managing delivery queries and bookings
• Keeping track of any deliveries that will be arriving to us making sure that what gets sent is correct and making sure that we send out deliveries on time to customers.
• Order in supplies such as stationary, printing substrate and other office requirements
• Accounting such as sending invoices and dealing with bills
• Liaising with suppliers on payments.
• Liaising with clients on payments.
• Dealing with expenses and payments.
• Occasionally create purchase orders and quotes
• Assisting with updating social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

Requirements

• Basic computer skills – must be able to use Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
• Proactive with a great attitude and work ethic
• Adherence to quality control checks
• Good time management
• Excellent organsisation skills and the ability to multi – task, meet deadlines and prioritise workload
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
• Great communication skills
