Trust House Lancashire provide an independent, confidential and free service to anyone who has been affected by rape or sexual abuse whether recently or in the past. We are based in central Preston and we provide outreach services as appropriate in other areas of the region.
Trust House provide counselling, family and group support as well as specialist training. We work in partnership with other organisations and professionals to promote the recovery and wellbeing of the individuals we work with.

Description

• General ad hoc ‘project’ work
• Administrative oversight of the client process pathway including but not limited to processing of referrals and allocating clients for assessment
• Organise DNA letters
• Input of referrals
• Sending out surveys; collating and analysing feedback, reporting on analysis
• Producing minutes for meetings as required
• Collation of monitoring and evaluation data; including reporting to external funders/contractors when requested by the Senior Management Team
• Production of service delivery monitoring reports as requested
• Processing note requests
• Assist with fulfilling any Subject Access Requests
• Management of the ‘referrals’ inbox and CJSM
• Provide cover for Office Administrator during periods of absence

Requirements

• Ideally we would like an apprentice 18 years or older due to the nature of our Charity
• Good telephone manner
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to self-motivate and prioritise
• Awareness of issues of confidentiality
• Ability to work within directed time scales
• Excellent organisational skills
• Experience of creating and analysing information e.g service user feedback.
• Excellent IT skills including: experience of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience of data collation and analysis

Educational Requirements

GCSE Grade 4 or above in maths and English.

Additional Info

• 28 days per annum plus public/bank holidays
• To include occasional evening / weekend work
