• Preparing salads, making sauces and seasonings
• Making homemade coleslaw
• Cutting and chopping - knife skills
• Portion control
• Stock rotation
• Stock Checks
• Plating and presenting dishes
• Ensuring Health and Safety is observed in the kitchen
• Hygiene and Cleanliness
