The ideal applicant will be trained to:
• Paint and Finish furniture products to a high standard ready to send to clients
• Full prep work of kitchen components including solid wood and mdf
• Spray coat water- based primer and water- based topcoat
• Spray lacquer oak veneer cabinet panels
• Full management of painting schedules and spray sheets
• Occasional use of various wood stains/finishes

• A genuine passion for finishing bespoke cabinetry.
• Able to work to agreed deadlines to a high standard.
• Able to work from production drawings/sheets.
• Able to work on initiative as well as part of a team.
• Good Communication skills.
• A good understanding of cabinet components and painting schedules.
