• You will be working with a fabulous, friendly team as well as undertaking your Customer Service in Insurance Level 2 apprenticeship qualification.
• You will be learning something new every day and no day will be the same!
• As an Apprentice you would be expected to develop a thorough understanding of customers, the organisation, regulation and legislation, products and service knowledge.
• You would develop your interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to help you excel in your role.
• You will follow a training plan with practical ‘on the job’ training.

Must have excellent communication skills and a good standard of mathematical understanding, especially percentages.
