Blue Cherry Leisure has been established for over 20 years and has two restaurants, one in Preston and one in Whalley. We have fantastic reputations at both sites and have very experienced managers and chefs within the business. Our food is modern world cuisine with everything made from scratch in-house. As a small family business we provide a friendly and supportive environment for all staff.

The job would entail supporting the senior chefs in food preparation, station set up and helping during service. They would assist the chefs in preparing dishes on the quieter shifts so they can learn techniques and dish preparation and specs.
• Assisting with the preparation and production of fresh food
