The Ideal applicant will be trained to:
• Work in the Café, serving customers
• Gain knowledge of products including, breads, confectionery, sweet and savoury products
• Dealing with Cash and Card payments
• Food presentation on show
• Customer Service
• Stock rotation
• Maintain Food Safety
• Café/Restaurant hygiene responsibilities
• Food Safety

• Must be well presented
• Has passion
• Motivation to work in the Food Industry

No formal qualifications required.

• 28 Days including Bank Holidays.
• 1 extra days holiday after three years service and one extra day per year after , giving a total of 6.5 weeks holiday.
