Description

•Processing customer orders on our bespoke system & ensuring delivery schedules are met
•Maintaining customer accounts by recording account information and transactions
•Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, correcting the issue and following up to ensure resolution
•Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and interpreting customer needs
•Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
•Build sustainable relationships through clear, open and interactive communication
•Filing orders, picking notes etc each day
•Deal with customer returns and raising the correct paperwork with valid reason for return/fault
•Inform customers of deals and promotions, benefits of ordering on-line and website information

Requirements

•Good at talking to people on the phone (sometimes in person)

You will be working in a small team of 3 processing customer orders and providing outstanding customer services. We have 3 Reps who rely on the sales team to give them the support they required whilst out visiting our customers.
