Description

•Check emails and support tickets
•Workshop tasks
•Inputting data on the IT support ticket system
•Dealing with internal and external customers
•Face to face and Telephone interaction with customers
•First Line Support: Diagnose faults and solve technical issues by phone, or remotely
•Support team members on site visits to resolve IT issues
•Communication technology
•Windows work
•Configuration of hardware & software
•Installation, configuration and management of systems

Requirements

•Ideally to live locally / driver preferable
•Must have an interest in IT
•Punctual and reliable
•Keen and willing to learn

Educational Requirements

•GCSE grade C / 4 or above in maths and English
