Lowther pavilion Café is a small business in Lytham. We are fun, inclusive and fast-paced, and our goal is to provide a great service to every customer, regulars and new ones alike.

We are a very busy café with a focus on customer service/speed of service and quality of service. A willingness and ability to prepare and serve hot drinks whilst working the till, taking and writing food orders, basic food prep, cleaning and looking after our customers are the main areas of this role. As well as working well in our existing team and being a great team player. A good attitude is essential along with customer service skills. Experience is preferred but not essential and a willingness to just get stuck absolutely essential.

Role is for a member to be involved in every aspect of the business. Ongoing training will be provided.
Hospitality side:
• Taking orders
• Till work
• Serving food and beverages
• Cleaning tables
• Customer Service
• Support in opening and closing of the café

Catering:
• Learn to and undertake daily baking of products
• Food prep and production

• 7.5 hour/ 8 hour day - 4-5 days a week - depends on applicant, time of year, progress etc
• Work Sunday but have every Saturday off
• Reliable

• Polite

No formal qualifications required.
