We're partnering with the North Lancs Training Group to offer this exciting Apprentice Chef opportunity.

You'll be working closely with Chris Smith our Head Chef who brings 30 years of culinary expertise across a wide variety of settings.

As an Apprentice Commis Chef, you will be working closely with the Chef de Parties, Sous Chef, and Head Chef to assist in creating high-quality dishes all while learning new techniques and skills.
•Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and always stocked
•Assisting in the food preparation process
•Following instructions and preparation for recipes based on restaurant standards
•Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
•Following health and safety and food hygiene practices

The Apprentice maybe required to support in the production of breakfasts, to be discussed - so a 5:30am start would be applicable on those rare occasions [not exceeding 8 hour shift].
