Our support will help you succeed

Here at NLTG we understand that there are a range of factors which mean individuals may require additional support to help them access, take part in and succeed in their Apprenticeship. These support needs may be personal or work related

Learner Support is there to help and support apprentices by offering information, advice and guidance and to work in partnership with tutors, employers, parents/carers and other specialist agencies to provide the support needed to succeed.

A need for Learner Support may arise at any point during the Apprenticeship right from the recruitment stage up until End Point Assessment (EPA). Learner support is offered on a case by case basis and is in addition to the support already provided by our vocational tutors.

Support needs are dealt with in a sensitive and discreet manner and will only be discussed or disclosed to other relevant parties with the apprentice’s permission to do so.
