The Traffic Office Manager Level 3 apprenticeship will suit you if you work in a traffic office, have a great deal of technical skills and knowledge and would like to progress to front line management. It allows candidates to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the logistics sector. The qualification covers the essential areas of Health and Safety, managing the traffic office, planning routes, customer service, vehicle tracking and post journey reporting for both UK and internationally.

This qualification is aimed at employees with duties that may involve dealing with customer enquiries, ensuring all staff are properly trained on relevant computer systems, checking vehicle reports and defecting sheets, overall ensuring the movement of goods by road, rail, sea or air is correctly scheduled and routed and organising replacement drivers/vehicles as required and ensure the driver rota is complete.

Entry Requirments

You will need English and maths at GCSE Grade D/3 or above, or equivalent qualifications (eg Functional Skills at Level 1). If you do not have English or maths at this level, we will invite you to take a Skills Scan to check your current level of skill.

Progression

After completing the Level 3 Apprenticeship, you can progress onto further study in the Warehouse and Logistics sector.
