Hector joined the Study Programme at NLTG after seeking careers advice from Positive Steps. He looked into NLTG and what we had to offer and liked the idea that NLTG’s Employability Skills course could lead to an Apprenticeship.

Hector is currently working hard, undertaking Digital Skills, Maths and English as part of his Employability Skills course.

When asked what he enjoys most about his qualification with NLTG, Hector said;

“I enjoy everything about my Employability Skills course with NLTG, especially the fact that it is a path that can lead to success and a good career. The bursary also gives me more independence and I’ve made lots of friends since joining.”
