Programme: Employability Skills

Dylan joined the NLTG’s Study Programme in Bury in November 2022, after realising college wasn’t for him. NLTG contacted Dylan and offered him a place to support him in finding the right path for him.

Since starting at NLTG, Dylan has gained a ton of confidence, and improved his communication, interview and digital skills. He feels more comfortable in a smaller classroom environment, which in turn helps to improve his concentration. Dylan has worked hard to gain his Entry Level 3 qualifications in Employability and Digital Skills, and his Functional Skills Maths and English and as stated by his tutor, has been a pleasure to teach.

Dylan enjoys both the learning aspect at NLTG and progressing his education. He believes that finding NLTG felt like ‘God guided him down this path’. Both Dylan and his parents are happy that Dylan has found a place where he feels comfortable and that has helped to bring him out of his shell.
