The Level 3 Proficiency in Baking Industry Skills qualification focuses on the practical skills and knowledge involved in professional baking. This qualification is designed for learners who are working in the baking industry. It will also suit learners who are competent at core baking industry activities and are looking for ways of developing their existing skills and knowledge, perhaps to support multi-skilling or increase productivity at work. You'll cover things like:
• baking skills 
• retail and service 
• support operations group 
• baking common operations.
On completion, you will be able to work confidently in a variety of bakery roles within the industry.

Entry Requirments

You will need English and Maths at GCSE Grade E / 2, or equivalent. If you do not have English or maths at this level, we will invite you to take a Skills Scan to check your current level of skill.
