Olivia Boardman at The Old Boathouse

As a Hospitality Supervisor at The Old Boathouse, my job role involves supervising the staff as well as the general day to day running of the pub. I decided to do an Apprenticeship because I think it is an excellent way of expanding my skills and knowledge within the industry which overall would help me progress my career. This Apprenticeship is really benefiting me as it has helped me progressed through the business. It has taught me different skills and knowledge about my previous role and my new role as a supervisor which helps me motivate the other staff at work.
