Course Overview

As an apprentice studying the Business Administration Adult Apprenticeship you will advance your skills and knowledge of the industry while you work. The Apprenticeship can be done in your current job. If you are currently unemployed, then you can apply for our Apprenticeship vacancies.

An NLTG Tutor will monitor your progress throughout the programme.

Case Study

Elspeth Yates - HR Assistant at Lancashire Constabulary

I first started my Apprenticeship in April 2013 within the HR Department, working on the Recruitment Team. On my first day, I expected that I would just be doing the filing and the post but I was put to work straight away getting training on the beginning stages of the Special Constable process. Within 12 months, I had gained a lot of experience within recruitment by being part of different processes, from Special Constables to PCs to now running the Police Community Support Officer process myself. Doing my Apprenticeship was one of the best choices I made as I feel I have learned a lot in the 3 years I have has been a big help in starting off my career.
