Description

• Work on set shifts working under different teams to grow knowledge and expertise.
• Support kitchen staff on food service.
• Work over several functions including beverage service and reception.

• Good work ethic.
• Tidy and presentable.
• Keen.
• Confident.

Educational Requirements

No formal qualifications required.

Additional Info

Full uniform provided.
Chef has the option to work 4 days as oppose to a set 5 day week.
Shifts for both roles to alternate each week.
Working within a fine seaside establishment.
