Due to the continued success of our Foundation Learning programme we require a:

 

PLACEMENT OFFICER

For our centre in Oldham we are looking to recruit a placement officer who has a minimum of 2 years experience working specifically with young people, some of whom may be challenging. 

Ideally applicants would have previous experience of working with employers to provide work experience and employment opportunities for young people, be able to deliver sessions in Employability and be willing to work towards a teaching and assessing qualification. To support the delivery of Foundation Learning we would expect the applicant to be able to support and motivate young people through the achievement of qualifications. At North Lancs Training Group we pride ourselves on going that extra mile for the young people we support and this means that the role is not 9.00 a.m.-5.00 p.m. The young person and the quality of our provision always comes first.
