Fostering Solutions is one of the UK’s leading independent fostering agencies and, as an Investor in People organisation we are committed to developing the training needs of our staff.

Our staff undertake an annual appraisal and their training needs are identified at each appraisal.  Over the past two years, we have identified a number of administrators within the head office function who were keen to undertake NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.

After undertaking research into training providers we opted to use North Lancs Training Group due to their sheer professionalism.  This relationship led to 10 of our staff, at head office, undertaking their Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
